OnArcher Text Message Program
OnArcher Inc. operates an SBA 7(a) loan marketplace at onarcher.com that helps small-business owners apply for SBA loans and connects them with SBA lenders. This page explains our text message (SMS) program: who receives messages, how to sign up, and how to stop.

Replies from your assigned OnArcher loan advisor
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Who receives messages
Only applicants who opt in. Texting is optional and is never required to apply for a loan.
How to opt in
There are two ways to opt in. In both, you enter a US mobile number and tick a checkbox that is not ticked in advance.
On your loan application page. Each applicant receives a personal link to their application at app.onarcher.com. The page has a “Text message updates” section with a mobile number field and an unticked checkbox.
In your account Settings. Signed-in applicants can turn on text messages under Settings → Notifications, with the same checkbox and consent text.
The checkbox reads:
“I agree to receive text messages from OnArcher about my loan application and account, including status updates, document requests and replies from my loan advisor. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of applying.”
Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms are shown next to the checkbox.
What the opt-in looks like
Step 1. The “Text message updates” section on the loan application page. The checkbox is not ticked.
Step 2. The applicant enters a US mobile number and ticks the checkbox.
Step 3. After opting in, the page shows the last four digits and a “Stop text messages” button.

After you opt in, we send one confirmation text:
“OnArcher: You are subscribed to loan application updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. You will receive one final confirmation message.
Reply START to subscribe again.
Reply HELP for help, or email support@onarcher.com.
You can also select “Stop text messages” on your application page or in Settings.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
